BUILDPROOF BUDDIES Terms of Agreement

Buildproof is in no way responsible for the welfare, well-being, health, safety, or existence of any animal enrolled in the BUILDPROOF BUDDIES program.

Which animals participate in the program is entirely up to the discretion of Buildproof as well as the Maricopa County Animal Care and Control.

BUILDPROOF BUDDY sponsors are to be, in no way, held responsible for the welfare, well-being, health, safety, or existence of any animal enrolled in the BUILDPROOF BUDDIES program.

In the event that an animal is not adopted during its participation in the program, Buildproof and its sponsor are under no obligation to adopt the animal themselves.

In the event that an animal is adopted, Buildproof is in no way responsible for the adoption fees, procedures, or the condition of the animal at any point.

There is a possibility that the animal being sponsored may have been adopted or euthanized before the end of the sponsorship, however, there are hundreds of other animals that need homes at the Maricopa Animal Care and Control and the likelihood of finding a similar animal is great.

In some cases, BUILDPROOF BUDDIES will produce search results that reference third party sites throughout the World Wide Web. BUILDPROOF BUDDIES has no control over and cannot guarantee the content they provide. BUILDPROOF BUDDIES will not be responsible for any claims resulting in the public use of this public service, as it does not directly control all material provided within.

Whereas resources and information are provided by numerous third parties, including sites on the World Wide Web, BUILDPROOF BUDDIES cannot control and therefore cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information and/or content provided through the BUILDPROOF BUDDIES.com Web site. As such, you agree to indemnify and not hold accountable BUILDPROOF BUDDIES, its directors, employees and agents for any claim as a result of use of BUILDPROOF BUDDIES.com.

By registering to become a BUILDPROOF BUDDIES sponsor, the user agrees to receive occasional email updates from the Buildproof and may be removed from the email list on request from Buildproof administrators.
